As an author, creator and speaker,
I’m on a mission to empower women and mothers:
to know themselves, trust themselves and choose themselves.
I believe telling the truth (especially about the hard stuff)
is what helps us to heal, connect and get back to experiencing more of life’s scrumptious stuff.

ABOUT ME
Back when TikTok was still everyone’s dirty little secret, I decided to tell the internet about my struggles. I shed light on the crap shoot that is modern motherhood with awkward dance moves and rage-fueled rants. As it turned out, I wasn’t alone.
Other women were sick of pretending too.
Sharing about my problems helped in countless ways. I realized that I was just as deserving of the care I give everyone else. I learned to say no and prioritize myself. People say I’ve helped them do the same. So, I became known as 'The Honest Mom'.
as a mom, I wasn't okay
The thing is, modern motherhood isn't the only thing robbing us of our well-being.
Now I share about the many things that affect women’s ability to be well. I’m far from perfect. But here is what I know in the marrow of my aging millennial bones: Life is hard. Having a friend to be real with along the way makes all the difference. That is what I'm here for.
Welcome. We’re emotionally available and mildly chaotic here.
It’s good. You’ll see.

Being a mom makes taking care of yourself
feel impossible, right? You're not alone. Here's the problem. Back-burner living is unsustainable. Something's gotta give.
I created a mega list of simple self-care practices you can actually do, along with realistic tips to make time and space for your well-being. Pop your e-mail below and I'll send it your way.
